Humble Pie is a neighborhood restaurant offering chef-driven American dishes at The Interlock on Atlanta’s Westside. From the team behind James Beard Nominated Lazy Betty including Chefs Ron Hsu and Aaron Phillips, the restaurant serves vegetable-forward shared plates, creative wood-fired pizzas and a tight selection of entrees and artisanal pies.

During Humble Pie’s concept development stage, Urban Eats Consulting Group was hired to provide a comprehensive feasibility study with a focus on the local West Midtown market and national economic trends. Our recommendation, during the midst of the COVID epidemic, was to proceed with caution.  Luckily, the restaurant did just that, waiting to open until the Atlanta dine-out business stabilized.
