When Atlanta based restaurateur, festival organizer and provocateur Alan Raines opened El Tesoro on a non-descript corner of Kirkwood back in 2018, he probably had no idea how successful the concept would be. Fast forward three years and the lines of hungry customers wrapped around the block are a good sign the Mr. Raines’ bet on Kirkwood has paid off. El Tesoro is so successful, that Raines is now opening another concept in the Oakhurst/Decatur neighborhood. Urban Eats Consulting Group brokered the sale of the new restaurant and handled lease negotiations.
