Bucolically  speaking, everything on Hilton Head Island is good.  The manicured lawns, the meandering bike trails, the expansive beaches…they’re all good.  But none of those are worthy of the French translation.  There’s something about “C’est Bon” that elevates  the meaning of good to a higher place.  Enter C’est Bon, the island’s new gelato, coffee shop; a worthy harbinger of the French expression. Tucked away in Sea Pines and featuring Honey Suckle and Revolution gelato this community sugar shack is worth the $6 gate fee.  Urban Eats Consulting Group was engaged to develop C’est Bon’s brand story line, create the menu, identify vendors and design the service and kitchen prep area.  Als0, don’t miss the C’est Bon’s satellite popsicle shack located on the bike trail.
